The dining room was baffling. They had a QR code menu, but on two nights in a row there was no pepperoni pizza, and on the third night they had no chicken at all. So much for a five star hotel. The front desk was full of staff, yet whenever I needed help, only one person seemed able to do anything while four or five others stood watching. My TV didn't work either. After I asked three separate times for someone to fix it, they moved me to another room, where the TV was broken too. I've travelled worldwide for business for 30 years and stayed in everything from outstanding hotels to mediocre ones. Vittori “Palace” made me look up what “Palace” means. It has a grand appearance and a spacious marble lobby, but the service was poor. I'm glad to say I won't be back.

Mr. Fawaz Ali at reception was courteous and professional, spoke English well, and kindly arranged the late checkout we asked for. In the main dining hall, Mr. Rafiq looked after our food preferences and his team provided impeccable service. The hotel's grand design and beautifully done areas made for lovely views and photo backdrops throughout the property. It was a memorable, well-run stay.

The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was lovely. I was really happy to try such amazing dishes, and I haven't had a dinner this good anywhere else. The service was fantastic too, especially from Mr. Rafiq, who took great care of us at Restaurant Victoria Palace. A big thank you to him!

The villa was peaceful and relaxing, and I enjoyed the tasty breakfast. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness let things down. There was a bad smell inside, and I found stains on the furniture and bed linens. For a five-star villa, I expected better. It was a mixed stay, and the hotel could do much better with more attention to cleaning.

Mr. Richard took great care of us during our meeting this week. He was supportive and cooperative, always available whenever we needed anything, and kept checking that all was going smoothly from early morning until the very last minute. Thanks again for the excellent hospitality.
