My haircut and hair colour turned out lovely, and the manicure service was fabulous. The lash lift/perm was a letdown, though. My lashes look just as they did before I came in. I asked the "Artist" whether they were long enough for a perm, and she said they were. I paid 600 and got nothing for it, which was really disappointing. I'd recommend this place for haircuts, colour, and manicures only. The spa is on my list to try next, so I'll write another review after that. Cheers!!!!

The only downside was the price, though it's a nice place for a treat. I had a wonderful spa day with friends, enjoyed lunch and a massage, and left feeling relaxed and completely rejuvenated. I'd definitely visit again.

The building is clean and bright, and the staff are very professional. This is a women's-only spa and hotel, with a great spa offering lots of services and several saunas. I also had a great massage.

I can't speak to the hotel, but the salon is great. The restaurant offers lots of choices, though it's very expensive, with a 100 SAR minimum order per person. Service was SO SLOW, and when we tried to order several menu items, we were told they weren't available -_-.

The staff are amazing, and the place is peaceful and accommodating. I travel here for work and love having my own comfortable home, plus access to the gym, pool, spa, and excellent restaurant. Give the spa and salon a try too!
