I only found out when I arrived that the hotel had canceled my reservation. They sent no message at all. This place is unreliable, so keep that in mind before booking.

The place was tidy, and the staff were cooperative.

I wouldn't recommend the service because there was no transparency. My booked room was occupied when I arrived, and when I tried to arrange another one, the receptionist said it would cost 50 riyals extra, even though the reservation price already included all taxes.

A complete mess. The advertised price doesn't match what they charge, and all that strict oversight seems pointless.

Clean place, and the service was good.
