The breakfast buffet wasn't huge, but the food was fresh and the selection of hot and cold dishes was plenty. I especially liked the freshly made Middle East Spice Bread and the omelette station, where the eggs tasted really fresh. The quality and choice compared well with other 4-5 star hotels. We got a good stay for a fairly reasonable price at Riyadh Four Points by Sheraton. It's a new, well-maintained hotel, and the staff, especially reception and the breakfast buffet team, were friendly and accommodating. On our first visit to Saudi Arabia, their hospitality gave us a very welcoming impression of Riyadh and made the experience better. I'd recommend staying here.

I’m here for business every month, and the hotel is always well organized and spotless. The rooms are laid out just right. The food is good, the breakfast buffet is fabulous, and the staff are lovely and always ready to help. The gym and pool are great too.

The gym and conference rooms stood out as well-equipped, modern facilities, and the concierge, room service, and transportation options made getting things done easy. The hotel also has a lovely location, with peaceful surroundings, picturesque views, landscaped gardens, and local attractions nearby. I appreciated how clean both the shared spaces and guest rooms were. The staff were friendly and approachable throughout, from the front desk to housekeeping, and their care made me feel welcome. Service was consistently excellent, with real attention to guests and the details that make a stay comfortable. Thank you to the management and team for a memorable visit. I’d be happy to return.

The breakfast team provided excellent service, but the room was disappointing. Its layout was terrible for an extra room, and the switch lights were so bright at night that they lit up the whole room. For a hotel that's supposed to be new, the bathroom looked poorly maintained. The shower head was full of lime, and paint was visible in places where it shouldn't be. There was also usually a cigarette smell in the bathroom, coming through the ventilation. The location is more of a business park area, though a metro station is quite close. For the price, the room was way overpriced and only medium quality.
