Aloft by Marriott Riyadh

A quiet shared space would make it easier to chat, play games, and meet people. Something with chairs, a table, maybe a small TV, away from the entrance and elevators, would give people a peaceful place to hang out and meet new friends or locals, if we're lucky. Some touches connected to the country we're in would be nice too. Everything else was very good, but I missed having that sense of community.

The atmosphere and setting at Dish restaurant were wonderful. There was a good range of dishes to choose from, plenty of juices, hot drinks, and a wide dessert selection. The staff were all amazing, smiling and working passionately despite the busy Ramadan Iftar. No wonder, with Mr. Bahaa as manager, he's helpful and cooperative, and handles guests in a friendly, professional way.

The restaurant team's work ethic and professionalism deserve high recognition. Mr Baha Mohammad, Mr Zahid Hussein, Mr Masoon Sarkar, Mr Rana Magar, Ms Mary Grace, Mr Shahid Afradi, Mr Nazeer Ahmed, and Mr Mohammad Moazzam all helped create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere that made my visit better. Their service was consistently good throughout the week, reflecting a strong customer service culture and real competence. They take pride in their work, and it shows in the hotel's reputation. I wanted to bring this experience to your attention, and please pass my sincere congratulations and thanks to the whole restaurant team.

Aloft Riyadh was a pleasant place to stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the room was spacious and clean. The location works very well for tourist destinations. The hotel has self-parking only. I'd stay here again.
