The staff were a big help, especially Mr. Muhammed, the Egyptian gentleman. It’s a great place, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

That morning shift was frustrating. I asked the woman working there for a luggage cart between 11 AM and 1 PM, but she never showed up. I ended up carrying my bags up and down the stairs while she watched, without a word or apology. The rooms are excellent, the location is fantastic, and the Yemeni reception staff are helpful, cheerful, and truly competent.

Dhikra at reception is wonderful. She welcomes people so warmly and cheerfully, with real respect and good manners. The place is clean and neat, and even smells lovely. They picked a great employee. Thank you.
