Asia Hotel

I had a very bad experience. When I arrived, they didn't provide a room, and no one told me they'd given my booking to someone else. I complained to booking. Com and emailed to cancel the booking. Their irresponsible actions cost me sleep and 3.5 valuable hours.

For a stay in Batha, the room is average and costs 150 riyals a day. The rate may go up or down depending on the season. The location is good, with restaurants and markets nearby.

The rooms are good and well maintained, but the staff’s treatment made this a terrible place to stay. I paid for three days and left after just one because of how I was treated. Before checking in, I specifically asked whether the Wi-Fi worked. It wouldn’t connect at all. When I asked a staff member to help get my laptop online, he told me to check out and find another hotel if I didn’t like it. He argued with me and told me to shut my mouth. That’s how they treat customers.

The reception experience was strange, and the Bengali staff made loud noises and thuds that kept me awake. The pillows were huge and overstuffed, and had an odd smell. The towels were torn and worn out, too. They assured us at check-in that the internet worked, but it was cut off the next day. There’s too much to fit into this review, so good luck to the next guest.
