Aswar Hotel Suites Riyadh

The rooms and in-room amenities are good, but there’s no restaurant on site, so breakfast and other meals have to be ordered from outside. These are service apartments, so the service is basic, and they don’t provide airport transfers.

I spent three weeks here on business and found the location handy for getting to the airport quickly, with plenty of different things to do in the evenings. The service was excellent, even though I don’t speak any Arabic and was visiting from abroad. The suites are lovely, and the ones at the back are especially quiet. There’s a nice indoor pool and sauna, and the kitchen, fridge, and microwave made a longer stay easy. Room service was quick and inexpensive, and the laundry service was one of the least complicated I’ve used. I’d recommend it for longer business stays.

The location is good, and the staff were helpful enough to bring us mattresses and blankets. The kids’ room is nice, and the kitchen is handy, especially the microwave. Parking spaces are limited, though, and the room had a bit of a smell. It may not suit people with asthma.

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were neat and clean. My family and I had a very comfortable stay. It’s well placed by the main road connecting to Mecca and central Riyadh. I highly recommend it for families.
