The staff and receptionist had bad manners, and the beds were so dirty that I started itching and sneezing as soon as I lay down. Management refused to change the room and only replaced the blanket and sheets, but the problem was still there. I booked after reading the good reviews on Google and Booking, and I regret trusting them.

Tariq and mesrab, the two Egyptian receptionists, were hospitable and friendly. The room was quite good, and the price was 👍, but the furniture was old and dirty. The toilet bowls and lavabo could do with repair or replacement.

The staff were nice and attentive, but the facilities were poor, with old rooms and noticeably dirty furniture. We’d booked four days in Riyadh, then canceled after just five hours and left without even staying a full night.

Nobody spoke to me or offered any service at all.

There was no room service, and the bathroom wasn't clean.
