Boudl AlOlaya

I’ve stayed at Olaya Boudl more than once, and the staff always make me comfortable. Mr Mahmoud, the hotel manager, and his team stay alert to what guests need, and the service and atmosphere have been wonderful each time. On my recent visit, everyone was warm and professional from arrival onward. Mr. Anwar, the hotel manager, deserves special thanks for his attention to detail and for making sure everything went well. Front desk and housekeeping were helpful and smiling, and the hotel is beautiful, with modern amenities and a prime location. The people are what make it stand out. Thank you, Mr. Anwar and team. I’d recommend Olaya Boudl Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I hope my company continues to use it for overseas staff.

So far, it’s been comfortable and good. The room is missing some necessities, though, so you have to ask reception for them.

The apartment was clean, the location convenient, and the staff helpful. I slept really well and had a nice stay, so I don’t understand the poor reviews. They should do better maintenance checks, though. I noticed a few loose screws here and there.

I really liked the Saudi Arabic coffee and dates at reception. The setting is beautiful, with elegant service and a refined Arabic feel. It’s a relaxing place to enjoy the oud scents and spend some quality time.
