The reception staff were good, but the internet was weak and cleanliness was just average. The bedrooms weren't suitable, with broken dresser drawers and damaged kitchen doors. The apartments need renovation. This was my first stay, and I won't come back.

The receptionist was helpful, and the prices are reasonable, even a bit high. The apartment needs maintenance: the plumbing is practically nonexistent, the bathrooms are run-down, and there's dust on top of the bed. Please improve the cleaning and repairs.

We booked two nights through Booking.com for 250 SAR, in a two-bedroom apartment with a living room. The place was clean, the furniture was nice, and the lighting was excellent. Parking by the curb was convenient. But the service was a bit poor, and they practically begged us for anything we asked for. The kitchen wasn't fully equipped as advertised, and the free Wi-Fi wouldn't connect at all. Luckily, we had a Huawei phone and managed. There was no cleaning service.
