For ₛₐᵣ250 I stayed in Room 205 at Hayat Tower (HT). Service was great, and there’s a whole food store right on your right before entering (PE). King Fahd Road was a 10-minute drive away, and getting to work was really convenient.

I’d never recommend staying here. It’s one of the worst places I can think of.
I didn’t visit, so I can’t comment on the rooms or service. I’m sharing this because I couldn’t even make a booking over the phone: there were no English speakers at reception, so we couldn’t communicate.
After 20 years of staying in hotels, this is the first time I’ve felt compelled to write a review, and I have nothing good to report. The bathroom had dirty towels and a very poor toilet. Breakfast ended at 9 AM, but nobody told me at check-in. Please stay away.
We rented three rooms, and none had water. My room’s AC was broken and making an extremely loud noise. I reported it in the morning, but nothing was fixed. When I returned at midnight after a long shift, I had to bring it up again. A staff member came and only tried to lower the fan speed instead of calling a technician. They said they were fully booked when I asked to move, then told me to come back at 5pm the next day and ask the next shift. Why should I have to keep reminding them? Staff were rude and unhelpful. When they eventually changed my room, there was no towel. I was told, “Towels finished, tomorrow Inshallah.” A colleague’s room now has a broken light, and there’s been no cleaning for three days. Absolutely terrible.
