Jenan Tower Hotel

We paid 4300sr for our stay, but still felt we weren't treated with the respect we deserved. We had a deeply upsetting and embarrassing experience, and I wouldn't tell anyone to stay here. We were there for 1 month 3 days, and the cleaners had a bad attitude toward us. They seemed to watch us, acted as if they hated us, and didn't want to clean the room, even though we asked every 2 or 3 days. One night we left at 8 p.m and gave the key to the cleaner, then came back at 12 a.m to find the room still dirty. At reception, the night shift Egyptian receptionist spoke to us in a very unkind and irresponsible way, saying, "I don't know, have u informed me? why are you asking me? Go and asked somebody else". It felt like he might slap us if we said anything more. There was no hospitality. I wonder if customers are treated differently, or if they would have treated us properly if we were Saudis. We weren't staying for free. If the hotel can't treat paying customers properly, why run one?

The rooms were good, clean, and tidy. But customer service was very bad. The receptionist's attitude was poor, and they pressured us to check out a day before our checkout date.

A wonderful hotel, really nice and clean, with a fresh smell all the time. Thanks for the very good service 💋💋💋👍👍👍

Parking is the one problem here. The place itself is nice and clean, and the staff are great, always smiling and cooperative.
