The building's owner is a very honest person.

I was there for two months, and the price was reasonable. The location is great, right in the center of Riyadh. The apartments are spacious and the interior was nice, but cleanliness was lacking and there was dust. They don't use vacuum cleaners, and the bed was uncomfortable.

For physicians temporarily working at KFMC hospital, this is a great option. It's a four-minute walk to the hospital gate, and about 10-12 minutes in total to the main buildings. The spacious studio has a kitchenette and bathroom. It was neat, although the surfaces were a bit dusty, and it was the best option I found among the places around the hospital.

This is my default place whenever I travel to Riyadh, whether for work or with family. The reception and team are excellent, and the rooms are very neat. I've never had any issues.
