Voyage Apartments

It was easy to walk around King Fahad Médical City, and it felt like a friendly block. The location is great for the price, with restaurants and shops open late, and some opening early enough to start the day well. The staff were kind and friendly, extra kindness for what you pay. One guy had a horrible attitude, but the receptionist stayed composed and kept smiling while trying to explain the situation to him. He was stubborn, and it wasn't her fault. Paid laundry is available, handy if you don't have enough clothes, though you could search nearby for other services. The doors stay open 24/7, so you can come and go as you like.

A very pleasant, memorable stay. Recommended.

The reception service from Mr Mezan was very poor. He didn't know how to accommodate customers, and when I asked who his manager was, he kept saying he didn't know. Communication and handling issues were both very poor. We hope action is taken so this receptionist becomes more accommodating. Thank you.

The room was in terrible shape: strong smoking smell, burnt sofas, a noisy AC, and a mirror light that didn't work. The listing also showed wrong pictures, as there was no gallery inside the room. We drove from RAK, UAE to Riyadh, KSA with our 1Y old baby, a trip of around 22H. Our original check-in was 30th Nov, but the FEMALE receptionist said not to worry, our check-in would start that day, 1st Dec. Later, when we asked for amenities before bed, the new MALE receptionist spoke rudely to my wife and told us to check out a day early. I met him myself and was treated rudely too. First they said the stay would start from 1st Dec, when we arrived, then they changed their mind and held the guest responsible. We changed our travel plan because of this, and now they want extra payment for a night we didn't stay, even though we informed them. I REALLY REQUEST THE MANAGEMENT to take action. The hotel's location is very nice, but not respecting guests who came from so far, after so many miles, really affects them emotionally and mentally. KSA Is a great place, but memories like this will have a long-term impact on tourists!
