2/10
The one positive was the location near the airport. Beyond that, I regretted booking here. There was car noise through the morning, but that was the least of it. I'm very sensitive to noise and couldn't sleep because of sounds from the AC, the next room, and other places I couldn't identify. The rooms and furniture felt as budget-made as possible, and the bathroom and shower weren't what I wanted. I spent the trip waiting for it to end so I could get out of the room. I can see the staff are good people, but they didn't seem competent. It felt like whoever had real authority wasn't at the hotel, since they called him and put me through to him to try to address my problems. I really don't understand how this hotel has a 4.5-star rating.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very good, and the owner is a humble person. It's an affordable, decent place in a calm location. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

8/10
A quiet stay, with clean rooms, easy access, and a location that's simple to reach. Parking is available, though spaces are limited. The staff communicate well, and the kitchen equipment was well prepared. Check-in took a long time, and there was no washing machine or swimming facility. Cafés and restaurants nearby are limited, and the toilets and bathrooms are small.

I was in Riyadh for a business assignment and stayed 15 nights in a deluxe room. It was clean and roomy, with a separate bedroom, comfortable bed, couch, and a small kitchenette with a fridge. There was also a useful guidebook in the room listing local restaurants, cafes, laundry, and other places. Saleh, the owner, is a real gentleman, and the rest of the staff were friendly. I'm glad I chose the Warf and would definitely return if I'm back in Riyadh.
