I had a great experience.

I go to a chalet to relax and enjoy the music, especially in a resort area, but they told me music is only allowed for three hours and then has to stop. I've never run into a rule like that, no matter how nice the place might be. I didn't like how they handled the booking call either. The way they explained the conditions felt bizarre and unprofessional, almost like they were telling me not to book. The resort manager should pay attention to this, especially since the place is new. 🤍

We waited at least forty minutes for the chalet to be cleaned when we arrived, even though we'd checked the check-in time with them beforehand. Water was also cut off, and they didn't reply to our message until a third of an hour later. Once it came back, it was cut off again. The place and its surroundings are beautiful, and the furnishings look tidy, but the cleanliness was poor and spoiled the stay. The tables and dressers in the living room were dusty enough to turn my tissues black when I wiped them. There were stains on the sofas and upholstery that looked easy to remove, and I don't know why they were left there. The view was very unpleasant, and the floors were dirty and filthy. The pool water was cloudy, clearly so even from a distance. I hope they pay much more attention to cleanliness. Without it, the experience is inconvenient, and that outweighs the place's other advantages.
