The breakfast buffet was generous, and the staff there were friendly and attentive. The location is also excellent, beside the Kingdom Centre and near a metro stop. Still, I left disappointed. I booked a “Deluxe” room for two nights and was put next to the elevator bank in a room with no windows. Neither the hotel site nor third-party booking sites like Expedia mentioned that possibility. When I raised it at the front desk, they brushed me off, saying a deluxe room “does not have to come with a window.” That felt dismissive and misleading for guests who expect clear information when booking. There was just one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth in the bathroom, even though my reservation was for two guests. It feels like the hotel is cutting corners. The property is dated, and the gym needs a serious refresh. Another front desk staff member did apologize about the windowless room and offered a complimentary upgrade on a future visit, but I won’t be returning.

I was here on a business trip in September 2025, and it was one of my worst hotel stays. The place feels old and poorly maintained, and the online photos are misleading. I don’t think it deserves four stars. The rooms have no windows, so they feel dark, suffocating, and like a cage. For the price, that’s shocking. Service was awful. Requests took hours, if anyone responded at all, and the staff were rude and uninterested. They provide just two 300 ml water bottles for two people, and extra water is outrageously expensive. The pool is tiny and unappealing. Breakfast was horrible, with hardly anything for vegetarians, and the food quality was substandard. Hygiene is questionable too: I saw cockroaches and hair in the food. There are lots of better hotels nearby at the same price or less. This place is overpriced, outdated, and suffocating. I’d never stay here again, even for free. My strong advice is to check guest reviews and real photos before booking, and don’t trust the staged pictures.

The restaurant service was outstanding, and the food was excellent. A special thanks to Aslam for his wonderful hospitality. The place was very good and clean. Highly recommended!

The breakfast was a concern: I found a piece of aluminum in the spinach cream. Check your plate carefully. The room was clean but old, and the service was only average in kindness. It’s in central Riyadh, though there isn’t much to do nearby.
