I stayed here for about five months and paid 5K a week. The rooms and furniture were okay, the staff were okay, and the view was beautiful. But both receptionists made the stay a nightmare. One was rude and disrespectful, said I couldn't have guests, and threatened to call the police. He kept calling my room and once knocked violently on my door. Another time, a receptionist entered my room without permission as soon as I stepped out, without even knocking. My friend was undressed inside and was shocked. I also lost a lot of belongings. The hospitality was the worst I've experienced in Riyadh.

After four nights as a guest, I wanted to extend my stay. On the fifth day, the receptionist insisted I either check out or move rooms, because a family wanted the same suite. I don't understand why a new customer would matter more than someone who'd already stayed four nights. The way this was handled was unprofessional.

I booked through Trip.com and found a filthy room, covered in dust and dirt, with bedbugs everywhere. The window had been left open, and it looked as though the room hadn't been cleaned in months. At the front desk, a woman told me to cancel and said I'd receive a full refund. Later, manager Mohammad also confirmed in our conversation that he would refund me. I have a screenshot of that chat. He then told Trip.com he wouldn't issue the refund, contradicting what he'd promised, and Trip.com rejected my request despite the proof. Both the hotel and Trip.com handled this in an unprofessional and dishonest way. I'm shocked Trip.com still lists a place with bedbugs and such dirty rooms. Avoid it.

After going out, it's nice to come back to a quiet, clean room. Room service was great, and I'd recommend this place to anyone who spends a lot of time out.
