Cleanliness and Quality

Irshad and Elyas were warm, professional, and cooperative, and their dedication made the stay even more enjoyable. This is a truly perfect place, and my second visit impressed me just as much as the first. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere welcoming. I’ll be back, Insha Allah, and hope to remain a loyal customer for years.

I stayed for a week, and the rooms were clean with everything working. They let me check in early on the first day, and Asif, who received me, was very nice and spoke gently. When I had to travel to another city, they kept my luggage for two days so I could save on room rent. The only issue was painfully slow internet. The TV also wouldn’t take an HDMI connection for a console or Android TV box. The rest was fine, and for the price, you know, you can’t complain.

The location was perfect, a convenient distance from the airport and shopping area, and the hospitality was superb. The staff were fabulous and humble, the room was clean and just right, and the washroom was exceptionally neat. It was an excellent stay at this new hotel in Riyadh. I’ll definitely return and suggest others try it.

After six nights there, I left really disappointed. You have to keep asking before anyone comes for housekeeping, and getting an invoice after checkout takes follow-up too. For these rates, I think you can find better. I wouldn't recommend it.
