I've stayed here on and off for a couple of years, and each visit makes me more impressed with how Mr. Nawaf manages the hotel. The restaurant staff always make us feel welcome. Mr. Saber, Eslam, Abdullah and the others are courteous, hospitable and gracious. The front desk team is pleasant too, including Ms. ouhud Ohoud, Mr. Mufaraj, Abdullah and Mohamad. Housekeeping is quick and does a great job. All our room attendants have been helpful, and Mr. Ashad is wonderful.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was our first time in Saudi Arabia, and Mr. Ibrahim at the front desk helped us so kindly and enthusiastically that we felt warmly welcomed. He gave us a wonderful first impression of the country. We'd highly recommend the hotel.

Tarek made a good stay even better by checking regularly, always with a smile, that we had what we needed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great mattress, pillows and comforter. The gym, rooftop and lobby were also clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

The breakfast, clean rooms, and friendly team made this a great stay for my family. They also made us feel welcome while we celebrated my son's 13th birthday, which made it memorable. Ohoud was especially helpful and kind, and her English was perfect. Thanks again, Ohoud. We’ll be back. A must-stay hotel. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
