The shower tap was leaking, and the geyser barely worked. Even after reminders, they’d get it going for a few minutes, then it would stop again. They came in to repair things every day and left the room messed up. My room service request was also ignored for two days. The fridge didn’t work on the first day either. Nobody seemed to speak or understand English well, and the problems just kept piling up. Worst experience staying here. Be careful.

The best thing is having plenty of food options right downstairs, including domino, kfc, burrgeriza and other restaurants. There’s also a coffee house, an atm and a petrol pump nearby. Check-in was easy, and the staff were humble. Great hotel.

The rooms and linens were clean, and for the price it felt worth it. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, including romansiah.

I came to check in, but the receptionist was so rude in how he dealt with me that I left. It was a big disappointment, and he embarrassed me in front of my family.

It’s clean, tidy, and secluded. From the outside, you wouldn’t guess how spacious it is inside.
