The room and apartment service were the worst I've experienced, even after staying at many serviced apartments and lounges. The night shift staff member was rude, scolded guests in his own language, and clearly didn't know how to speak to them properly. Very unprofessional.

There's no hotel at this location, only an empty lot. It seems like it could be a scam, especially since the hotel name doesn't show up anywhere else on the map.
