The rooms are furnished, clean, comfortable, and have plenty of space. I was visiting a patient who came with her family from outside Saudi Arabia for our service. The reception area by the front entrance is spacious, with a coffee shop and tables where you can sit with a drink. It was quiet throughout. The reception staff were all men when I went, and they let me visit the patient's room each time. On my first visit, they asked to see my identification, which is good for clients' safety and security.

We spent 13 days at Dar Hashim Suites and had a great experience. The beds were comfortable, the room was spotless, and the coffee and customer service were all wonderful. Staff were friendly and attentive. It’s also well placed for different places to go out. We’d happily come back and recommend it.

The heated pool was a lovely extra, and we enjoyed having Saudi coffee and dates available throughout the day. The staff were very friendly, and the serviced apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. We had a wonderful week there and would gladly return. Highly recommend it!

For a business trip, this was very good value for money and one of the better places to stay in the Kingdom. The staff were polite and professional, and the furniture was clean and well kept, with a comfortable bed. Free cleaning and quiet, effective air conditioning made for a good night's sleep. Nearby, there are two large supermarkets and a major hospital, plus a large mall about a 15-minute walk away. I really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms are well maintained and the service was excellent. Bilal at the basement swimming pool was especially helpful and supportive. A must visit.
