Executives Hotel - KAFD

I attended a launch session for INGENIOUS, a new software product for Project Managers, at Executives Hotel, Riyadh. The location right at the gate of KAFD made it easy to reach, and the venue was good value. Lunch and coffee breaks were convenient, decent, and well organized. Everything was clean and nicely presented, and the service met expectations. A pleasant venue for business events.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms were large, comfortable, and spotless. We also liked the modern, well-equipped gym and steam room, which stood out compared with many hotels in Riyadh. From the breakfast restaurant there’s a great view of KAFD, and you can get the same view from a south-facing room. We avoided the underground garage because of earlier comments that it was a nightmare. Instead, we parked in an empty lot in front of the hotel, which was fine in November when it wasn’t too hot. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back on future trips to Riyadh. For a four-star hotel, it offers excellent value and quality.

Breakfast had a great mix of Middle Eastern and international options, with fresh juice and attentive service. The egg station chef made a lovely omelette and greeted us with a big smile. From the concierge’s warm welcome to the smooth, professional check-in, the whole stay felt calm, clean, and well organized. Kudos to management. The Executives Hotel in KAFD gave us one of our best hotel experiences in Riyadh.

The air conditioner in my room kept running even when I switched it off, and it didn’t work properly. Breakfast wasn’t very tasty either. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, though the view is average and the hotel isn’t in the heart of KAFD. I’d rate it 5/10.
