Golden Dune Residential Unit - Almalaz

The location was convenient, with restaurants close by. I had a good stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I stayed for three nights with a colleague at Golden Dune Hotel Al Malaz, Riyadh. We walked in without a booking and got a superb deal at check-in: 250 SAR a night, without breakfast. Rates can change by season. I was there in September, so check the price for your dates. The room was huge, with a big king-size bed and lots of space. It was comfortable, but there was no window, and I was on the second floor. They left complimentary water and 3 apples, which was a nice touch. The bathroom was neat and clean, and the lobby was spacious. There’s a gym, though I didn’t get a chance to use it. It was a great experience and good value for money. I’d give it 4 out of 5 stars.

The prices are affordable and the location is great. I recommend the hotel because the management and staff are respectful, generous, and great.

Breakfast was good, with a number of options, mostly eastern oriented, and I’d certainly recommend the hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, with extras like toothbrushes and a robe. The bathroom felt a bit old, and there was some noise from the ac outside, but it didn’t affect us much.
