Golden House Aparthotel Riyadh

I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a work trip or a vacation. There are other issues too: the furniture is dated, and cleanliness is very poor compared with other furnished apartment buildings in the same category. The biggest problem is the noise. It’s loud all night, especially after midnight, and most nights were sleepless. Guests deserve a quiet, comfortable place to rest, but this place doesn’t meet even the minimum standard. I raised the noise complaints with management a couple of times. Nothing was resolved, and it felt like they either didn’t care or wouldn’t bother giving guests a decent night’s sleep. It was the worst experience of my life.

I was treated very well by Sokina, and I’m very grateful to her. If you come here, I recommend asking for Sokina.

The Wi-Fi is strong, but its speed and Mb/s depend on how close your apartment is to the router. None of the apartments has an oven.

It’s new and furnished, with split ac, but the bathroom is small and the receiver doesn’t work well.
