The room and service are good, but early check-in is an issue. They charge extra if you arrive early, even when you’ve told them you’ll check out early.

The hotel is beautiful, and I like the good service and the manager’s friendly manner and way of speaking. I’m very satisfied with the behavior of Abdul Aziz Niyazi, Osama, and Ahmed Ashraf ❤️👍, and with the room service staff too.

The staff were friendly and quick to help. When the AC remote was missing, they replaced it right away, and they also brought a drying rack and arranged cleaning when I asked. The place was neat, very clean, and looked more modern than the two nearby places I’d stayed at before, Al Muruj and Al Masiaf. It cost a little more, but I thought the difference was worth it.
