Thanks for charging me $366.49 for a stay I couldn't use. I booked while on my way from the airport, but when I arrived, I was told the hotel was full. They seemed surprised by my booking, and even after I showed my confirmation, they said they didn't know how it had gone through. I had to find another hotel and pay extra because I couldn't check in. I would have blamed Expedia, but they said they couldn't issue a refund unless the property manager approved it, and the manager didn't. I tried emailing and texting Expedia many times, but neither the app nor the hotel resolved it. I'll post my opinion here and show screenshots of the payment.

I've been staying here for two months, and the experience keeps getting better every day. The location and staff are all good, and I'm very satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to Mr shoaib akhter in the restaurant's f & b team. He's a very nice friend to have around, guides me every time, and welcomes me each day. I really appreciate his service.

The facilities, including the swimming pool, were good, and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff are excellent, friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help with a smile. One of the best places to stay. I'll come back!

The rooms were clean and kept in good shape, and the bathroom and pool were both nice. Everyone was friendly and greeted us whenever we saw them. We had a good stay and plan to come back. Great work by the whole team!
