We booked five nights for two parents and our two children. The day before we were due to leave, we heard a loud noise at breakfast. We checked the hallway, thinking glass had broken, then found a huge piece of bathroom wall tile had fallen and shattered. We were terrified. Thankfully, the children weren't in the bathroom when it happened. The receptionists acted as if this were ordinary and said they'd send someone to move us to another room. We asked to speak with the owner but couldn't. The accident and the hotel's response were a huge disappointment. We left that day. They refunded the unused night, but customer satisfaction was zero. As a family, we left very scared. I don't think guests are valued here, and I don't consider it a safe hotel. Anyone thinking of going should think again.

The friendly staff, great location, and very comfortable beds made for a good week-long stay. But the Wi-Fi in my room didn't work, the small refrigerator was also broken, and there was no sound isolation. I could clearly hear noise from other rooms and the lobby, which is why I gave it three stars.

It's a quiet, nice, and very clean place with a great view and lots of cafes across the street. There are some apartments for smokers, though, so choose a nonsmoking room when booking if smoke would bother you.

The furniture was good, and the apartment felt modern with all the essentials provided. I haven’t stayed in a better apartment in Riyadh.

The place is spacious, quiet, and very clean. The receptionist was a kind man and really helpful. Prices are a bit higher than at other hotels, so they should offer reasonable weekly and monthly rates.
