Nuzul Mena 110

There’s little parking and not enough necessities. The location is the one good point; otherwise, this place was a complete misconception. The photos on hotels.com weren’t accurate or up to date, and the map location and directions were outdated, sending me somewhere else. If you’re trying to save money, you can stay in that location. If you can pay more, do it. Don’t let your first day in Riyadh be a disappointment.

The internet was extremely slow, and several rooms had a very bad smell coming from the toilets. When I asked housekeeping, they denied it; one person even said it was perfume they were using. I booked through Booking.com, but the hotel was in a different location, so I had to take another Uber to get there. There wasn’t any kind of signboard for the hotel.

Dirty towels, a bad smell everywhere, and an uncomfortable mattress and pillows. The place was awful, with no lift, microwave, or hair drier. I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

The staff were unprofessional, and there’s no microwave, hair-dryer, or elevator. Just don’t come here.
