The friendly staff were the only good thing for me. The place might work for one or two nights at most, but it wasn't clean and there was a bad smell all the time. Opening the tap brought up a sewage odor, and the air conditioner smelled bad too. The shower tap was broken and sprayed water at the wall, so showering meant getting right up against it. And if you were thinking of going to the gym, forget it, the manual washing machine gives you all the exercise you need.

The apartment was spacious, and the living room had a large LCD screen and a TV device. It also had an intercom phone for calling reception. The kitchen came with a cooking range, a few utensils, and a microwave, so you could cook during your stay. Hot water was available for showers, and the apartments were nicely priced.

It's an affordable place for a family, with enough room for two kids and a family in the bedrooms, plus an open TV lounge. The place was clean. Essential shops, a hotel, fast food, and a food market are all in the area.

The location works well if you're visiting Al Daraaya, and the rooms were okay. The bathroom was large but smelly and uncomfortable, with the washing machine in the shower. I've stayed in better places. Internet only worked in the living room, with no signal in the bedroom, and they didn't accept credit cards.

The rooms were clean, and the service was good. The employees were professional.
