The location and rooms were the best, the staff were very friendly, and the bed was great. I especially want to thank the customer relations manager, IBTISAM. She was supportive and made our stay wonderful. We felt at home. Thank you, Ibtisam.

The best thing about staying here is how accessible it is. Boulevard city, KAFD, Riyadh Park, and lots of other places are close by. It would be even better if the service levels got a little boost. Still, a nice place to stay 🙂🙂

Ibtisam made a really good stay even better. She put so much effort into making sure we were comfortable and happy, and we really appreciated her support. The hotel has plenty of facilities, and we enjoyed our time there. Thank you!

Don't choose this hotel for a work trip. The internet didn't work at all. The rooms were clean, but very basic, and the bathrooms were quite dingy, with poor towel service and basically no hot water. This is by no means a four-star hotel.

The WiFi was only 4 mbps, so office work and calls weren't possible. Dinner doesn't start until 9PM, and the food was well below average; the in-room dining menu was just as poor. They only give you 600ml of water for the day, and nothing about the place feels classy. Service is outsourced to people from a country I can't identify who don't understand hospitality. Avoid this place at all costs.
