Michelle, our waitress from the Philippines, really made our Iftar at Hotel Hilton Olaya. Even with lots of tables to look after, she stayed attentive and hardworking, recommended some great dishes, and kept our table clean and cared for. The food was excellent, and the evening had a lovely atmosphere. It was one of the best deals we found during Ramadan, too. Wishing Michelle all the best, and hoping she keeps giving this brand such wonderful service. Highly recommended! 🌙✨🍽️

Michelle and Shiva from the breakfast team made every morning easy and pleasant, and Ansari and Shudula in the lounge were so professional that I could really relax there. Ms. Miaad also gave me such a warm welcome and made me feel especially valued. Her care went well beyond what I expected, and it’s rare to feel so at home as a guest. The Hilton Riyadh Olaya is an excellent hotel, but its people were what made this stay stand out. The hospitality is what keeps me returning to Hilton, and I’m already looking forward to coming back.

At our family Iftar, Lucas greeted us warmly and was attentive, and the Saudi service staff were excellent and very professional. I also appreciated the female chef, who I believe is Filipino. She explained the desserts and possible allergens carefully. It was a wonderful experience, and I’d definitely visit again.

Lucas looked after us so well at PAREA. He was polite and attentive throughout, and his positive, professional manner made us feel comfortable and gave the visit a personal touch. Everything was welcoming and well organized, with outstanding service from beginning to end.

Hakim, chief chef Alam, Wendy, and Michelle were especially attentive and welcoming. They kept everything running smoothly and made sure we were well looked after throughout our visit. The restaurant at Hilton Hotel Riyadh Olea has a cozy, tidy setting that made breakfast comfortable and relaxing. We were greeted kindly by staff who stayed professional and accommodating. The warm service and pleasant atmosphere made this a very enjoyable visit. We’d happily return and recommend Hilton Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable place with great service.
