We enjoyed the three nights we spent here, and the location is convenient, close to the Riyadth central street. Staff were friendly, kind, and quick to help, while our room was comfortable and clean and the toiletries were good quality. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets were good, though the desserts could be better. Internet was slow enough to make checking email or watching videos difficult, and there weren’t many TV channels. Still, it was a pleasant stay.

Khalid and the other front desk staff were helpful and cooperative. I left some documents in the room, and they emailed them to me, which I really appreciated 👏. The hotel is old, but the furniture is good and the rooms are clean. Its location also makes it easy to get around busy Riyadh in all directions.

Dinner on our first night was a highlight. The menu had plenty of choice, and every dish we tried was fresh and full of flavor. Mr. Ismael, the senior restaurant staff member, was warm and professional, knew the menu well, and gave us great recommendations. He noticed what we needed before we asked and kept smiling through a busy service. Mr. Mohammed Al-Tammimi, Front Office Manager, was also kind and personally checked that our stay met expectations. From an easy check-in to an immaculate room, the service was top-notch the whole time. Those two staff members made an already wonderful visit a 10/10 experience.

The sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were excellent places to unwind after a busy day. The pool is on the small side, but still nice for a refreshing dip. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner buffets had a wide range of fresh dishes. The waiting staff were consistently polite, friendly, and respectful, making each meal pleasant. Holiday Inn Meydan is a fantastic hotel with great facilities and service. Highly recommended!

Gener made our lunch at Holiday Inn Meydan even nicer with his warm hospitality and the way he accommodated us. The buffet had a great selection of fresh, well-prepared food, and the relaxed atmosphere was just right for a weekend meal. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it!
