The breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean. The laundry service needs better quality control, though. Some stains appeared on my white shirts that weren’t there before. This is the best Hyatt place I’ve stayed at.

Every staff member made us feel welcome and looked after, and the service was excellent throughout. Everything about the hotel was amazing. I’d highly recommend staying here, and I’ll definitely come back when I’m in Riyadh again.

I’ve just finished a three-night stay, and it was my best experience in Riyadh so far. The hotel is very clean and I liked where it’s located. My room had everything I needed to be comfortable, whether traveling for work or to relax. I didn’t get to see the pool. When I was in a hurry, room service was quick and got the job done. The front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and everyone else were happy to go out of their way to make sure I was comfortable.

The buffet was excellent, and the room I used to get ready was clean and spacious. I had my graduation party there two weeks ago, and it turned out to be one of my best experiences. Everyone was attentive and the service was perfect. Mr nadim and Mr mahmood helped us all day, and Mr mohammad aljohari took care of all the details. It was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend them for events.

Hadeel Basheer was a real highlight of my excellent stay at Hyatt Place. She was warm, professional, and went out of her way to help. I really appreciate everything she did, and the hotel is lucky to have her. Highly recommend!
