Joudyan Olaya Riyadh By Elaf

The friendly, helpful, professional staff were a real plus, and the Olaya location made getting around easy. Kingdom Tower is within walking distance, and the Blue Metro line is right outside. Breakfast had a nice range of good options, and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Even so, a few problems kept this from being a five-star stay. We'd asked for a room away from elevators and busy areas, but got one on the first floor, about 10 meters from the elevators, next to meeting rooms and the gym. There was a lot of noise from early morning through the evening. The room was also incredibly dark, even on a bright sunny day, so we had to keep all the lights on. On top of that, although we'd booked a non-smoking room, the bathroom regularly smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, apparently coming from nearby areas or the ventilation. The room's broadband was weak and unreliable, and couldn't handle video calls or other work needing a stable connection. I'd recommend the hotel with the hope of getting a quiet room on a higher floor, away from public areas.

Cleanliness and the great location stood out during my stay. Waleed was especially helpful and attentive, and his friendly manner made the visit memorable and comfortable. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this welcoming place for its service.

The breakfast buffet at Joudyan Hotel was a lovely experience, with warm, attentive, professional service. Thanks to Mr. Nasir, Jessa, Cherry, Riyan, Farhan, Lina, and Sadam for taking such good care of us. The Filipino staff also surprised our friend with a birthday song, which made the morning memorable. Great food and hospitality, highly recommended!

I've been here for a month and a half, and honestly don't want to leave. Raeda was always generous and kind, and her lovely smile brightened my mornings. Thanks as well to Hatem and Omar for their exceptional service and kindness. From the room and food to the hospitality, everything felt perfect. The location is convenient but peaceful, and the staff made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. Everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely caring.
