I did everything they asked, but they sent me the wrong code to get into the apartment, so I couldn’t access it. I’ve been waiting for over 60 minutes and am still here waiting.

The apartment itself was clean, the beds comfortable, and getting in was easy. But there seems to be a recurring plumbing issue, possibly a long-standing one, and other Booking.com reviews mention it too. In apartment A-12, two of the four bathroom toilets don’t drain properly and leave waste behind.

Getting into the apartment is simple with a PIN, so there are no keys or cards to deal with, and there’s self-check-in without reception or staff. The accommodation is elegant, with lovely rooms and kitchen, and the location is excellent. The staff are very accommodating over WhatsApp. I only wish daily cleaning were activated and that cleaning supplies, tissues, and water were provided. It’s really wonderful, and I highly recommend it.
