The receptionist, that Pakistani guy or whoever he is, needs to show respect and speak nicely to everyone. His behavior is awful and bad, and you’ll lose customers if it continues.

The extra charge they took from us at midnight when we arrived, taking advantage of our late check-in, felt like a scam. Pricing honesty and basic facilities were lacking, and it wasn’t worth the money or the peace of mind. The rooms smelled strongly and unpleasantly, the whole place was extremely unhygienic, and the furniture was broken. The mattresses and blankets smelled foul too. There was no water from the bathroom taps, and the bathtub was damaged. A terrible stay at Dome Hotel Riyadh. Avoid it at all costs.

The rooms are clean and hygienic, and the location is convenient for getting a bus or taxi. There’s also a restaurant and supermarket nearby.

The room was freezing cold, and the receptionist wasn’t accommodating. Instead of relaxing, you’ll just be cold. This was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in Riyadh. I don’t know why it’s still operating. It should already be closed.
