Cleanliness and attention to detail really stand out at XYZ Hotels. I’ve had another great stay, with high standards maintained across their serviced apartments and no drawbacks I could find. The staff were excellent, especially (Malath Fakher), who was professional and always willing to help. Highly recommended!

For about 8-9 days, I stayed here and found the hotel clean, comfortable, and well organized. The reception team made me feel welcome and were professional throughout. I’m especially grateful to Mr. Ahmed Negm for his kindness and excellent hospitality. He was respectful, helpful, and kept making sure everything was just right.

Everything at the hotel was okay, but I felt bad about the receptionist’s attitude. I don’t know why he treated me that way, and I felt discriminated against. I was out at work while my wife and baby were still at the hotel. When I called to say I wanted to extend our stay, he raised his voice and kept telling me, “I need you to pay right now, no payment no extension.” I explained that I was at work, but he wouldn’t accept that as a reason.
