The worst part was finding bedbugs after I pulled back the sheets. The room was already in awful shape: hair and fur on the floor, blood on used sheets, no towels, a broken shower, and a mirror that had fallen down. There was no hygiene or maintenance. Staff were extremely rude and acted as though they couldn’t speak English to avoid dealing with my complaint. I’ve never stayed somewhere so terrible. Stay away!

The municipality has sealed this hotel. It was my reservation, and I’m very disappointed by this mess.

No hot water, no Wi-Fi. I don’t know how this place got a license. Terrible.
