The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed six nights and had a wonderful time. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. There was a leak from the bathroom fan in my first room. I told the front desk, and they quickly moved me to another room on the same floor, which I appreciated. My only minor complaint was that there weren't many English TV channels. I'd happily come back.

I've rarely had service this bad. I paid 50% extra for fast cleaning, but one pair of trousers came back burned and another wasn't ironed. When they tried to replace the burned pair, they burned another one. Three mistakes in a row. The service was careless and far below professional standards. The supervisor couldn't communicate in English. Don't stay here. This negligence is completely unacceptable.

Al Olaya is a convenient base, close to shops and the main areas, whether you're in Riyadh for work or leisure. I found the service and value very good. My stay at Novo Hotel Riyadh was great. The rooms were clean and modern, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly and professional. Highly recommended for a visit to Riyadh.

At the OPPO motivation meeting, we went down to the lunch hall after the meeting. Some dishes were empty, and we were told people had eaten before us. The food was cold, with no heaters or candles beneath the serving dishes. We told the person in charge, but nothing was done. Something strange.

I've visited Novo several times, and it's always been a pleasant experience. The staff are very helpful, and the hotel is right in the center of Olaya. Highly recommended.
