The bed pillows were unclean, so we asked for them to be changed right away. The apartment was dusty, and there was no smell of cleaning products or soap. Cleanliness gets zero out of ten. We only stayed one day because we had to. I won’t repeat the experience.

The place is disgusting, with no nice furniture or sofas, and even the living room furniture is moldy. There’s no soap, and the shower is broken. The Egyptian staff are very cooperative, but I don’t know why the Tourism Authority licensed this place.

The sofas and mattresses were the worst I’ve ever seen. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve encountered in my life. I hope the government authorities look into it.

It was quiet enough and the cleanliness was acceptable, though it could have been better. The bathroom only had two bars of soap, with no towels or slippers, and there were no other services. Hotels normally provide basics like shampoo, a toothbrush, soap, towels, and slippers. Thank you.
