On the second night they kept charging us the same higher rate. When we asked for a bigger room upgrade, they charged more than it would have cost to book a bigger room through booking. The reception staff charged us more than the price shown on booking. A very bad experience, they seemed greedy.

I keep coming back to Otium with my family. Everyone on the staff has been so kind, and it’s made a real impression on all of us. Thanks, Noor, for taking care of us.

We stayed for three weeks. The room was spacious and clean, and the kitchenette was useful for making meals. You can ask for anything missing, and for a washing machine if you’re staying longer. They leave two bottles of water each day, though you need to ask for them. There’s laundry service, too. Housekeeping isn’t automatic, so you have to request it, but it’s free. Yusry was especially helpful, and Yusuf and Mohamed were friendly as well.
