Suite Inn Al Riyadh - سويت ان الرياض

Seham and Madhwi welcomed me warmly at reception and were very cooperative and loyal. I believe they could do even better if given more opportunity. Room No 105. 18th November 2025.

The small swimming pool was the one real highlight. The location was good, 4/5, but the service was only 2/5: nothing had been prepared, and we had to ask for everything. I booked for three people but found pantry supplies for just one. The room was 3/5 and the toilet 2/5. There was no normal water for summer use, and the toilet smelled bad. I’d been excited to come, so the disappointing service was a letdown.

The elevator was very dirty and smelled like gas. The internet didn’t work, and the staff were very rude. I was very disappointed.

We stayed at the Suite Inn Hotel from August 1 - 3, 2024. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole time, and the location made eating out easy, with many restaurants nearby. The indoor pool was a nice place to relax after a day out, and breakfast was decent with a variety of options. The room was comfortable and had a handy sofa bed, though we could have used extra pillows. Rates seemed reasonable for the amenities and service. I had a pleasant stay and would consider coming back, though a few small improvements could make it better.
