Q Resort

Villa 4 has a great sense of security, and it’s a good place for family fun. This was my sixth visit, and I’m willing to come again. Thanks to Mr Abdallah security for his professionalism and hospitality.

We went to a friend's wedding ceremony, which was mostly outdoors. The atmosphere was enjoyable, and the staff were amazing. It’s well located in northern Riyadh. Highly recommended.

The whole point of booking a resort is to relax, but I spent most of the night waiting for basic services that should have been ready before arrival. I’d look for a better resort if you want peace of mind. This was one of my worst experiences trying to have a relaxing stay. At the end of July in the desert, working AC is essential. One unit in our room was completely out, and the other barely cooled it. I was sweating in the room, which was unacceptable for the weather and the price. I called the number in my reservation. They said they’d contact customer service and sent someone to check. He only tried the remote, then said they couldn’t fix it that night and would do it in the morning. That didn’t help for a one-night stay. They offered a water-based portable cooler, which I accepted because I had no choice. They brought it and tried to start it, then, after I called again, sent the same person back. He eventually confirmed that unit didn’t work either. They replaced it with another one, but by then I’d lost much of the night waiting for someone to fix or replace something that should have been checked beforehand.

Tariq was very helpful and always supported us. The service was nice, thanks to him.
