The pool was a real treat after a long day, with warm water and a jacuzzi. We also found parking convenient, and the hotel’s location made it easy to reach key parts of Riyadh. Breakfast had a good range of fresh, nicely presented options for both adults and children. Our family had a wonderful stay at Ramada Hotel by Wyndham. The Junior Suite was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained, and cleanliness around the hotel was excellent. At the Front Office, Ali and Faisal were welcoming, professional, and efficient. They went out of their way to help and upgraded us to the suite, which made the stay more comfortable. Their genuine care deserves special thanks. It was a pleasant, memorable visit, and I’d gladly come back on my next trip to Riyadh. I’d recommend it to families and business travelers. Dinner on floor M was a letdown. We were told our meals were covered, but staff appeared not to have communicated internally, discussed it in front of us, and then charged us anyway. It was embarrassing for us and our hosts. The restaurant service felt poorly managed: another waiter came back to confirm our order and mention the prices, and the staff seemed untrained and overwhelmed. Paying took ages while they entered every item manually. The food was heavy and hard to digest, and we didn’t enjoy the taste or aftertaste. I wouldn’t eat there, even if arriving late. It’s better to go elsewhere. In the room, shampoo and hand wash bottles weren’t properly refilled, and this seemed to happen repeatedly. The lobby and shared areas had made a good first impression, looking clean and fresh and smelling pleasant, but that standard didn’t carry into the room. I found long, dark hair on the white ceramic floor when I arrived, so it clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly before check-in. Details like that affect the stay, especially at a hotel in this category. The Ramada by Wyndham in Riyadh needs to improve housekeeping, staff training, and communication to meet what international business and leisure travelers expect.

His calm, professional manner made it feel personal. Myrna took care of my table with quiet efficiency and a great eye for detail, and the relaxed atmosphere was ideal for unwinding. Earlier, checking in at Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh King Fahd Road was one of the smoothest hotel arrivals I’ve had in a long time. The receptionist welcomed me warmly and upgraded me to a suite without me asking. That gesture set the tone for an easy evening. I had a great meal, felt well looked after, and would highly recommend staying here.

Rehab at the restaurant reception welcomed me with a smile and stayed attentive through our visit, making sure we had what we needed. Her kindness and professionalism made the meal more enjoyable. The breakfast itself was excellent, with fresh, nicely presented food and a good range of choices. Service was efficient, and the atmosphere relaxed.
