There are amenities nearby, and the staff are polite. My stay was comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere.

The rooms were very good and the staff polite. Parking was a little tricky, though.

After ten years of staying in hotel apartments across different parts of Riyadh, this is the worst one in every way.

The worst part was the male receptionist, who was arrogant and pathetic. There was also a smell in the hotel. It’s a furnished apartment, but they didn’t provide any crockery, and only one of the three ACs in my room worked. There was no Wi-Fi either. When I complained, the receptionist told me to come to the lobby to use the internet.

There’s a park right across from the place, handy for an evening walk after work. The rooms are quite clean and the rates are reasonable, but cigarette smoke smell hangs around in the rooms.
