The apartments feel suited to families, with plenty of room for a regular stay. Our one-bedroom unit was comfortable and spacious. The staff were helpful and made the stay pleasant, though some upkeep is needed, especially for the sofa, cabinets, and TV. The reception is welcoming, with elegant interiors and a lovely aroma. It’s practical for shopping, with shopping centers nearby and major malls across Riyadh about a 15-25 minute drive away. There’s also a 24-hour café by reception, which is handy. I’ve stayed in hotels around the GCC, and this place felt different from the usual hotel experience in a refreshing way. I’ve read reviews mentioning inconsistent staff behavior, but our experience was positive, and the staff accommodated our needs well. I’d recommend it for a comfortable stay, and hope service and maintenance keep improving.

The units have air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, plus an electric kettle. Private bathrooms include a shower, bath, and hairdryer, and satellite channels are available. Some units also have a washing machine.

We had a great apartment with two comfortable beds and plenty of room. Mr. Mahmoud was very helpful, ready to do what he could whenever we asked. The service was good, and we’re happy to recommend the hotel. It’s also close to shopping centers. The only downside was the slow internet, though we expect it’ll improve soon.

The staff were rude and didn’t know how to accommodate or serve customers. The management is useless, and nobody seems to be doing business properly. The receptionists were rude too. They’re absolutely third class, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay at any of their properties.
