The people here were all really good, from the reception and restaurant teams to the support staff. Smayah hotel was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Thank you, and keep up the good work.

The room was neat and clean, and it's a quiet spot close to the main road. There's a 24-hour supermarket nearby, along with Arabic and Pakistani restaurants. Breakfast was nice and healthy, and there's a coasta coffee shop too. The nearest masjid is a 3-4 minute walk away. There's also a huge waiting area with a big-screen TV, and the service is the best.

I was in Riyadh for a recent business trip and found this hotel a good fit. It's on the edge of the city, close to the airport, which makes getting to meetings or settling in for a short stay easy if you're flying in.

The reception managers went out of their way for our group of 18. They answered our questions before we arrived and made sure the room availability suited us, nothing was too much trouble. Porters, restaurant staff, and everyone else also did what they could to make our stay great. The hotel exceeded our expectations.
